Our longest turnaround is 5+ business days, and our fastest is same-day turnaround. The speed of turnaround needed impacts costs.
Generally, clients send us a file, some notes about what needs to be done, and the deadline for when the file needs to be returned. We’ll reply with any specific follow-up questions, or a request to discuss live via a screenshare app like Teams or Zoom. The more we work with you, the better we know your preferences, and the less preliminary discussion is needed.
eSlide is open 8am-8pm EST, Monday-Friday for PowerPoint presentation design services. If necessary we can make arrangements for support outside of those hours with some advance notice.
During our hours of operation, we reply to emails within 15 minutes (often faster). You can also call us directly at 866-237-5433 to speak with us live. We always reply to messages – even if it’s just to confirm that we received something from you – so you’re never left guessing.
We often give you one main point of contact, but there will be several eSlide team members who know about your PowerPoint design project, so we’re ready to help when you need us. Presentations always have tight deadlines, and we never want clients to be waiting for a single person to become available. We have systems in place to ensure that whoever helps you knows your project details, so you don’t need to repeat yourself.
eSlide specializes in MS PowerPoint. We work in other apps (Word, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), but those are mainly used to produce assets for inclusion in PowerPoint decks rather than as final deliverables. All of our PowerPoint designers are senior level presentation experts who have been using MS PowerPoint for years.
In some cases we finish a project in one pass, but often there are multiple iterations to complete a presentation. For example, a first pass might involve some PowerPoint template setup and sample slides for you to approve before we complete your whole project. Or perhaps you have us do a first draft, which you share with colleagues to gather feedback, and we make edits as a second iteration. We always do what’s needed to get you the results you want.
Absolutely. We work in native PowerPoint and ensure that anything that CAN be done in PowerPoint IS done in PowerPoint – that way you’re free to make any edits you wish once you get a file back from us. We make slides that are easy to use, and also easy to share with colleagues or reuse in future presentations.
We charge hourly rates for our PowerPoint presentation design services, adjusted for turnaround (i.e., how quickly you need the work returned). This makes our pricing simple and keeps you in control of your budget.
